Having volunteered to get my daughter somewhere for 7.30am (YES! I DID say 7.30am!) this morning, I decided to make use of the early start by picking up a couple of bits at my local Sainsburys. Unbeknown to me (as 7.30am doesnt really exist in Mouse world!) the supermarket didn't open 'til 8am. So I sat and waited in the car ....
By the time the doors were ready to be unlocked, six men had independantly gathered outside (I'm guessing it was for cigs and a paper) but this in itself was a fascinating sight to me; but then ..... walking like zombies in the Stepford Wives film came couples, some pushing trollies, slowly gliding across the tarmac from all angles, having been sitting in their cars also, waiting for the grand opening of Sainsburys on a Saturday morning!
Open.the.doors.and.they.will.come .....
