It seems .... that it's ok to collect someone-elses parcel or package from your local Post Office Sorting Office, so long as YOU produce THEIR Passport, Driving Licence or Bank Card ..... all because (in the name of anti-fraud) the name on the ID MUST match the name on the parcel/package.
Surely that cant be right!
So, with or without the other person's permission ....wouldnt I have just fraudulently claimed a parcel/package using that person's ID?
It CAN'T be right .... can it??
