I cant believe that once .... yes, once .... I actually admired Jordan. She was a self-promoted business woman, married with 3 children and appeared (at the time) to be able to turn her alter ego, Jordan, on and off, as required. There were publicity shots of Jordan, as you would expect a glamour model to look and then the stay at home, Katie Price, who wanted nothing more than to curl up of an evening with her hubby, her kids and the dogs and watch a DVD.
How ideallic.
Now I shout, almost every morning ..."Get that ruddy woman off the front of my paper!" It drives me MAD! She's everywhere! Does she really sell THAT many papers by being plastered all over the front page headlines! Keep her to the pages of HEAT and all the other celeb. mags - not my paper!
Now, I'm the first to admit that I DO read a rather down market paper. It's good enough to get the gist of what's going on out there, whilst standing with a mug o'tea in one hand and a slice of toast in t'other, of a morning, because that's all I want from a paper. David Cameron ... yeah, yeah ... man beats up Coronation Street star ... yeah, yeah ... 9pm Waking the Dead ... oh good, a bit of decent telly!
I did have a 'proper' paper for about a week, but there was SO much in it I found I hadnt had time to read it all before the next one arrived! haha
So if i really want to flick through early morning, worldwide trivia ... then I guess I'll have to put up with Jordan too. :(
