Impatience at a click of a button

I never used to be impatient ....

Now I live in a world where I, along with everyone else, expects everything to happen instantaneously!

For instance:
* when nothing happens, for all of a nanno-second, when i click my mouse (hello beloved mouse *hug*) I feel rising anger!  How is that?

* when the TV remote button clicks and the TV doesnt respond IMMEDIATELY!

* when the washing machine cycle has finished and you have to wait 90 SECONDS before you can open the s *dding door!

* when you've keyed in your credit card number over the phone and you have to wait listening to something they call 'music' while they verify your details

* when you've used the car door remote in the pouring rain, and you violently tug on the door handle .... only to find you've opened the boot instead!  hahaha
